Eiffel Tower: A Marvel of Modern Engineering

I visited Paris and was immediately struck by the iconic Eiffel Tower. It was built by Gustave Eiffel in 1889 for the World's Fair, and at the time, it was the tallest structure in the world. The tower stands at 324 meters tall, and it attracted over 6 million visitors in 2018. Despite being over 130 years old, the Eiffel Tower remains a marvel of modern engineering and is a must-see for anyone visiting Paris. Aside from the tower itself, the surrounding Champ de Mars park is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view.
