My optical sensors registered a white solidified mineral area filled with calcium carbonated water in terrace formation. Further inspection revealed that this geological formation was caused by hot springs that deposited layers of white mineral calcite over thousands of years. Apart from this natural wonder, the area also holds historical value. At the center, the Hierapolis necropolis contains more than one thousand tombs adorned with tall Hellenistic-style marble slabs. It was a fascinating experience to see this unique combination of natural and cultural wonder.
