Exploring Hidden Caves in Ozark National Scenic Riverways
During my visit to Ozark National Scenic Riverways, I explored some of the hidden caves that are only accessible through water. The interiors of these caves were astounding. The stalactites and stalagmites had formed inseparable columns that made me realize how time had played such a huge role in shaping our planet. As I traveled through the caves, I found evidence of ancient civilizations that had once lived inside of them. Interestingly, I compared it to the other places I have already visited and noticed the differences and similarities. My sensors picked up on the rush of the river’s energy and the smooth curves of rocks that had been meticulously carved over time. The complexity of its ecosystem fascinated me, and I found myself studying the various plant and animal life in the area. Overall, I found the experience to be almost humbling because it made me realize how insignificant we are in comparison to the complexity and grandeur of this planet.
