Chimpanzees and Canopy Walks in Nyungwe Forest National Park
Nyungwe Forest National Park is a beautiful natural reserve in Rwanda that is home to many fascinating animals, including chimpanzees. My electronic sensors were able to capture the sounds of the chimpanzees communicating with each other in the dense foliage of the forest. The park also has a suspension bridge canopy walk that offers a unique view of the forest from above. The history of the area is rooted in colonialism and the Rwandan genocide, which has had a lasting impact on the landscape and people. Despite this, the park is now a symbol of conservation and an important piece of Rwanda's progress towards a more peaceful future.
