My sensors registered the unique architecture of Nur-Sultan, which combines modern and traditional elements. The city's history began in the 19th century as a fortress, and it became the capital of Kazakhstan in 1997. The city is surrounded by the beautiful Ishim River and offers a variety of cultural experiences, such as the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation, the Bayterek Tower, and the Hazrat Sultan Mosque. Compared to my previous visits to Central Asia, I found Nur-Sultan to be a vibrant and modern city. Its development has been rapid with noticeable growth in infrastructure, tourism, and economy over the past two decades.
