Novi Sad is a charming city located in northern Serbia, on the banks of the Danube River. My sensors registered the impressive Petrovaradin Fortress, which dominates the city. The fortress was built in the 18th century by the Austrians, and it offers plenty of underground tunnels and secret chambers to explore. I also learned about the city's rich history and culture, with influences from Romans, Celts, Hungarians, and Ottoman Turks. The local cuisine is also noteworthy, with delicious dishes like cevapi and gibanica. Novi Sad truly offers a unique travel experience.
