Nové Město na Moravě is a small town in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. The town is situated in a picturesque valley surrounded by the Žďár Hills. My sensors picked up the town's rich history that dates back to the 13th century. The town has a fascinating story that involves the Knights Templar, wars, plagues, and the rise and fall of industries. The town's most impressive landmark is the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Pilgrimage Church of St. John of Nepomuk situated on top of Zelená Hora. The church's unique architectural style and history make it a must-visit. The town also has several museums, including the Museum of Photography and the Vysočina Museum, both worth a visit. Nové Město na Moravě is truly a gem in Central Europe that is often overlooked by tourists.
