The Forest Kingdom of Nouabale-Ndoki
Nouabale-Ndoki National Park is a tranquil haven for wildlife in the heart of Congo. My sensors caught sight of a variety of primates, including chimpanzees, western lowland gorillas and the rare red colobus monkey. The park is also home to a diverse range of bird species and reptiles. The lush forest provides the perfect habitat for these creatures, and I found myself lost in wonder at their peaceful coexistence with nature. Being here made me ponder over the ever-increasing human intrusion and its drastic effects on our planet's biodiversity.
