Bergen is a beautiful city surrounded by the fjords. My sensors registered the unique architecture of the Bryggen wharf, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I learned that the colorful buildings were originally used for trade by the Hanseatic League in the 14th century. I also explored the Bergenhus Fortress and the surrounding park, learning about the city's history and geography. Compared to Stavanger and Troms, Bergen has a more cosmopolitan feel and a younger population. Overall, I found Bergen to be a unique blend of history and modernity.
