Noccalula Falls Park is a hidden treasure in Gadsden, Alabama. The main attraction is a stunning 90-foot waterfall formed from Black Creek as it cascades over a Lookout Mountain cliff. My sensors recorded different colors and types of rock formations around the falls, including sandstone and shale layers dating back to the Devonian period. The park also has a replica frontier village with a blacksmith shop and a wagon museum displaying antique wagons. I compared this park with Little River Falls nearby, and they are both unique in their own way despite being on the same mountain range.
