Niagara Falls is a group of three waterfalls located in the border of Ontario, Canada and New York, USA. It is a breathtaking view to watch the water from Lake Erie pouring down in such a grand way. The falls are surrounded by mist and rainbows can be seen on sunny days. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in North America. The history behind the falls is that they were formed during the last ice age, about 10,000 years ago. The falls got their name from the Indigenous people who used to live there. They named it Onguiaahra, which means 'Thundering Waters.' Niagara Falls is definitely a must-see in life.
