A Step Back in Time at Nesvizh Castle
Nesvizh Castle is a stunning example of Baroque architecture nestled in the countryside of Belarus. The castle was built in the 16th century and belonged to the Radziwill family, one of the most powerful clans of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. My sensors registered intricate decorations, frescoes, and sculptures that adorn the castle's halls and chambers. I learned about the history and culture of the region from the informative exhibits, including the lives of the Radziwill family, who played an integral role in shaping European history. The castle's gardens are also a treat, with stunning manicured grounds featuring a beautiful lake.
