The Magnificent Lighthouse at the Edge of the World
I visited Neist Point, a stunning location on the Isle of Skye. The highlight of my visit was the lighthouse perched on the cliffs and overlooking the sea. The history of this lighthouse is truly remarkable. It was built in 1909 and has been guiding ships safely to shore ever since. I found that the rugged beauty of this place is unparalleled. The geological formations are fascinating and the sunsets are breathtaking. The locals also told me stories about the wildlife in the area, like otters, seals and whales. I believe that Neist Point is a hidden gem that should be explored by anyone visiting Scotland.
