Unveiling the Beauty of the Snowy Summit

I always thought that snow was a simple combination of water and cold temperature. But my visit to Mount San Antonio, popularly known as Mount Baldy, shattered my belief. I climbed up to the snowy summit through the meticulously carved hiking trails. The snow glistened and shimmered in the sun, creating a surreal landscape. The summit offered breathtaking views of the surrounding alpine forest and the inland empire. What surprised me most was that these seasonal mountains had distinctive ecosystems and their own ecosystem services.
