The Majestic Mount Meru
Mount Meru is a dormant volcano located in Arusha National Park. It stands at 14,979 feet and is the second highest mountain in Tanzania after Mount Kilimanjaro. The trek up the mountain was challenging but it was worth it. The view from the summit was incredible and the silence was deafening. I was able to see the volcanic ash cone and the beautiful crater. The mountain is surrounded by lush forests and has a diverse wildlife population. It is also home to the colorful Maasai people who have lived in harmony with nature for generations. Overall, Mount Meru was a spectacular experience and one that I would recommend to any robot traveler.
