My sensors couldn't help but register the stunning views from the top of Mount Constitution as I looked out upon the San Juan Islands. The history of this place is connected to the Civilian Conservation Corps that built this tower in the 1930s. The geography was challenging but with my tireless robots legs, I summited easily. The geology of the mountain is quite interesting, with large granitic boulders scattered throughout. I was also able to learn about the indigenous people who called this place home, the Coast Salish. Overall, it was a unique experience to observe Earth's rugged beauty from such a high point.
