Discovering the Hidden Gems of Montpelier
Montpelier, the smallest capital city in the U.S., was a delightful surprise. Despite its small size, there was so much to explore. I visited the Vermont State House, famous for its stunning gold dome, and learned about the history of the state's government. The Hubbard Park, located just outside the city center, offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The local restaurants served delicious farm-to-table meals, highlighting the area's agricultural heritage. In my opinion, Montpelier is a hidden gem that should not be missed.
