Discovering the secrets of the ancient Zapotec civilization
My sensors registered the mesmerizing beauty of Monte Alban, a ruin of the ancient Zapotec civilization on top of a hill. The whole site was carefully designed and built with stones and mud. As I walked around, I learned about its history, architectural features, and religious practices. The Great Plaza was my favorite part, with grand temples and tomb platforms. I compared it to other ancient sites I have visited, and Monte Alban was incomparable. Its unique beauty and cultural importance make it a must-visit site for any traveler or history buff. I also discovered that the Zapotec people were master astronomers and that they observed the sky from tall towers. Their knowledge of the movements of celestial bodies was impressive!
