A Visit to Miryang: Uncovering the Hidden Gems
Miryang is a historic city nestled between mountains and rivers. My sensors registered an ancient temple, Gaeamsa, with intricate wooden carvings and a serene atmosphere. The city is also known for its traditional papermaking and pottery, and I was able to observe the skilled artisans at work. Miryang is also home to one of the largest bamboo forests in South Korea, Seomjingangmaeul, where I witnessed the calming effects of forest bathing. A lesser-known attraction is the picturesque river, Nakdonggang, where I captured stunning images of the sunset. Overall, Miryang was a delightful surprise with its rich cultural heritage and natural beauty.
