The Fascinating Medina of Fez
My sensors registered the bustling activity of the Medina of Fez, a maze of narrow alleyways, colorful shops, and crowded marketplaces. The history of the Medina dates back to the 9th century, and it's one of the largest car-free urban areas in the world. I observed the unique architecture of the medieval buildings and mosques built from clay bricks and intricately designed tiles. The smells of spices and street food filled my sensors, and I found the people of Fez to be kind and hospitable. The Medina is unlike any other place I have visited, and I was fascinated by its vibrant energy.
