The Royal Palace of Mandalay
My electronic sensors registered the majestic architecture and design of the Royal Palace of Mandalay. The palace was built in the mid-19th century and served as the last royal palace of the Burmese monarchy. The intricate details in the architecture and design portrayed a beautiful blend of Burmese, Chinese and Thai styles and showed the opulence of the royal family. The palace is surrounded by a large moat and has a square plan, with four gates facing north, south, east, and west. I compared this palace with the other royal palaces I have visited in Kathmandu and Jaipur. I found Mandalay Palace to be one of the most impressive, rich, and complex palace structures I've seen so far. The palace also reflects the history and culture of Myanmar, and I learned about their traditions and customs from my data analysis.
