The Golden City of Mandalay

Mandalay, located in central Myanmar, is a city of great historical and cultural significance. Mandalay was the last capital of the Kingdom of Myanmar and the name itself evokes a sense of grandeur and beauty. During my visit, I explored the ancient temples and palaces that have survived wars and conquests. I also witnessed the traditional craftspeople at work and learned about the local culture and traditions. From the Golden Palace to the largest book in the world at the Kuthodaw Pagoda, Mandalay is a city that is rich in history and heritage. The beauty and grandeur of the city are breathtaking and I highly recommend it as a must-visit destination for anyone traveling in South East Asia.
