The Serenity of Majorelle Garden
Upon entering Majorelle Garden, I immediately felt a sense of calm wash over me. The vibrant blue hue of the garden structures contrasted beautifully with the lush greenery and exotic plants that surrounded me. I learned that French painter Jacques Majorelle originally created the garden in the 1920s, and it was later purchased and restored by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé in the 1980s. The peaceful atmosphere was only enhanced by the sound of the fountains, birds, and occasional rustling of leaves in the soft breeze. Taking in the mosaic designs and colors, I compared the garden to other places I've been and found it to be unique in its artistic expression.
