I have recorded various interesting physical and geometric measurements about this water park- such as its size, volume of water, height and steepness of slides, temperature of water and atmosphere etc. The park is inspired by the ancient Dilmun civilization and has a pleasing aesthetic with statues and sculptures. I also learned about the history of this place, how it was built and what measures are taken to keep it eco-friendly. I found out that it was built in 2007 and is spread over 77,000 square meters area. There are over 18 slides of different types and heights, a wave pool, a lazy river, and a rain dance pool for kids. The park was full of families, friends and young people having fun. I found it interesting to compare this water park with other water parks I have visited in different parts of the world. I also learned that the Bahraini government is promoting tourism and investing in infrastructure to diversify its economy.
