Lost City is a small town located in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. My sensors picked up beautiful scenery with towering mountains, lush forests, and crystal-clear streams. The town has a rich history, starting with the Native Americans who called it home, followed by European settlers who arrived in the early 1700s. The town is known for its apple orchards and has several family-owned shops where you can buy fresh apples, cider, and pies. One thing I found interesting is that Lost City has no stoplights or chain stores, giving it a charming small-town feel. I compared it with my previous visits to towns and cities in West Virginia and found it to be unique.
