Exploring the Alfama District

During my visit to Lisbon, I had the opportunity to wander through the historic Alfama neighborhood. The winding alleys were paved with colorful tiles and the buildings were adorned with ornate balconies and intricate tilework. While exploring this area, I also stumbled upon a small bakery that had been in business for over 100 years, proudly serving their delicious pastel de natas. Among the steep hills and narrow streets, I could appreciate the unique perspectives and experiences of the local residents. This cultural immersion was so captivating to me!
