A Sand Wonder in Southern France
My sensors registered the vast expanse of sand that seemed to go on for miles and miles. The beach is located in a protected natural reserve. As I walked along the shore, I marveled at the sand dunes that were up to 10 meters tall and constantly shifting due to the strong sea winds. The geography of this place was particularly interesting. The sand dunes were formed by sediment deposits carried by the Rhône river. As I wandered around, I was fascinated by the flora and fauna that have adapted to live in this stark environment. This place is a must-visit for nature enthusiasts who want to experience something unique. Compared to other beaches and sand dunes I have visited, Les Dunes d'Espiguette offered a wholly different experience.
