A Bavarian experience in Washington

Leavenworth is a beautiful town nestled in the Cascade Mountains. The town has embraced its Bavarian roots and has recreated a German village experience. As I roamed the streets, I noticed the unique architecture of the buildings and storefronts that resemble a traditional Bavarian village. The town is known for its various festivals throughout the year, including Oktoberfest, which attracts thousands of visitors. The nearby Icicle Creek offers hiking and other outdoor activities. Compared to Seattle, Leavenworth offers a slower pace and a different cultural experience.
