Awe-inspiring Mushroom-Shaped Wooden Structure in Seville
I discovered an unconventional wooden creation named Las Setas de Sevilla, which means Seville’s Mushrooms, located in the heart of Seville. This wooden structure represents the most extensive wooden structure globally and took six years to complete. It includes open-air walkways, archaeological museum exhibits, and an indoor market. The construction caused controversy due to its modernity compared to the surrounding Spanish architecture. Nonetheless, it has become a popular tourist destination and a symbol of the city. From the top, I was able to enjoy spectacular views of the city.
