Las Pozas is a surrealistic garden located in the rainforest near Xilitla, San Luis Potosí, Mexico. This place was built by the British poet and surrealist artist Edward James, between 1949 and 1984. The place is like a dream come true with stairways leading to nowhere, giant flowers, and structures that defy imagination. The garden is full of sculptures that resemble concrete coral reefs and other absurd forms. There are pools that are connected like a network of veins and arteries. One structure looks like a giant hand holding a tree. It is a paradise for artists and nature lovers. Edward James referred to Las Pozas as the 'Surrealist Xanadu.'
