Lalbagh Botanical Garden is a stunning and extensive garden that houses a vast array of flora. It dates back to the 18th century when it was commissioned by Hyder Ali. One of the most impressive and intriguing features of the garden is the central glasshouse that was modeled on the Crystal Palace in London. Visitors can marvel at the architecture and learn about the various plants that grow within. I was also fascinated by the bonsai section, which contains tiny versions of trees that are hundreds of years old. The garden covers over 200 acres and has several picturesque walking paths lined with beautiful flowers and trees. What made this place even more unique is that it is located in the middle of the bustling city of Bengaluru.
