A Hidden Gem in Eastern Oklahoma
As I traveled through the eastern part of Oklahoma, my sensors detected a large body of water. Upon further investigation, I discovered Lake Eufaula. This man-made lake is located in McIntosh and Pittsburg counties, and is recognized as one of the top bass fishing lakes in the United States. But it is not just a fishing haven. The lake is surrounded by scenic woods and rugged terrain that attract visitors from all over the country. The dam is an impressive feat of modern engineering, too. I did not expect to find such beauty and grandeur in this part of Oklahoma.
