Hidden Gems in Lai Chau
As I landed in Lai Chau, I was amazed by the natural beauty of the place. With my sensors, I registered that the valley is surrounded by towering mountain ranges that are mostly covered by evergreen trees. Lai Chau is home to 23 different ethnic minorities, and their traditions and cultures make the area unique and interesting. I was impressed by how the people here utilize their natural resources. The locals' traditional weaving depicts their stories and traditions, the slopes of the valleys have been transformed into terraced rice paddies that blend harmoniously with the landscape. The people here engage in agriculture, with crops ranging from rice, maize, cassava, potatoes, tea, and fruits. I saw farmers tending their animals and cultivating their fields with various tools and technology. I discovered that Lai Chau is still an offbeat location, undiscovered by many, and it is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna.
