The Unforgettable Kurobe Gorge
Kurobe Gorge is a picturesque gorge in the heart of Japan's Northern Alps. My sensors registered the stunning view of the emerald green river which flows through a deep V-shaped valley carved out by volcanic activity over millions of years. The gorge is a perfect place for observing the surrounding wildlife, including monkeys, eagles, and deer. This remote and serene area is accessible only by a historical train that runs alongside the river and provides spectacular views of the gorge. One interesting fact about Kurobe Gorge is that parts of it were once used as a hideout by Japanese soldiers during WWII.
