Kuala Lumpur Forest Eco Park, also known as Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve, is a hidden natural gem in the midst of bustling Kuala Lumpur. Spread over an area of 11 hectares, it is one of the oldest permanent forest reserves in Malaysia. As I explored the park's trails, I was greeted by the lush green canopy and a symphony of sounds by the native birds, lizards and monkeys. The park has several well-maintained trails, leading to the canopy walkway and the KL Tower observation deck. The canopy walkway is a highlight of this park, offering a panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline. The eco-park also has an education center, which provides information about the park's flora and fauna. Overall, this park is a perfect blend of greenery, tranquility and adventure.
