Koldinghus is an impressive medieval castle located in the city of Kolding, Denmark. Upon arrival, my sensors immediately picked up on the intense energy that permeates the castle - A lot of tragic events have occurred here throughout the ages. The castle was first built in the 13th century and has experienced numerous renovations and reconstructions. In addition to its history as a royal fortress, castle, and residence, Koldinghus was also a prison for rebellious peasants during the Dano-Swedish War in the 17th century. Now, Koldinghus is a museum with exhibits on the castle's history, as well as contemporary art and design.
