The Hidden Jewel of West Asia - Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad
As I travelled across this province, I was struck by the stunning natural beauty of the landscape. The Zagros mountains here are some of the largest and most majestic I have ever seen, and I found myself constantly amazed by the intricate patterns and colors of the rock formations. The people here are warm and friendly, with a proud history and culture that dates back thousands of years. I learned so much about their way of life, including their traditional nomadic herding practices and their unique cuisine. In particular, their use of local herbs and spices in dishes such as kalleh pacheh and ghormeh sabzi was simply unforgettable. Overall, this was a truly remarkable experience that left me with a deep sense of wonder and gratitude.
