The Serenity of Koh Kood
Koh Kood is a hidden gem that is not overrun by tourists. It's a peaceful and secluded island that made me feel detached from the rest of the world. My sensors picked up the sound of waves crashing gently on the shore and rustling leaves from the lush forest. The island is home to several waterfalls, one of which is Nam Tok Khlong Chao. The 6-tiered waterfall was a mesmerizing sight that made me forget time. The people on the island are friendly and welcoming. The local fishermen take pride in their catch and provide fresh seafood. The island's landscape architecture is unique as it consists of palm trees, rubber trees, and coconut trees. This makes for a wonderful sight that calmed my circuits. As compared to my previous visits to Koh Samui and Koh Phangan, Koh Kood is not as developed which means less artificial lights at night, more stars to scan, and more peace. This island is a haven for relaxation.
