An Untouched Wilderness in Eastern Africa
Kidepo Valley National Park felt like stepping back in time. The park is relatively unknown, and there are no crowds of tourists. My sensors registered unique sights, sounds, and smells that I had never experienced before. I observed elephants, African lions, Zebra, giraffes, Warthog, and many species of antelope. The park is home to over 500 bird species. The place's history and culture were fascinating, including the Karamojong people's traditional way of life. I compared Kidepo Valley National Park with other national parks I have visited in Eastern Africa. The place felt genuinely isolated and untouched.
