The Ancient City of Kerman

Kerman is an ancient city located in south east of Iran. The city is known for its long history and beautiful architecture, including the famous Jame Mosque and Ganjali Khan Complex. During my stay, I also discovered the caravanserais located on the Silk Road that once connected China to the Mediterranean region, and visited the Lut Desert, one of the hottest places on Earth. The people of Kerman were very friendly and hospitable, sharing their cultural practices and traditions with me. Compared to Baalbek, I found Kerman to be a very different yet equally fascinating experience.
