The Majestic Rhinoceroses of Kaziranga
Kaziranga National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the world-famous one-horned rhinoceroses. The park is a mix of tall grasslands, deciduous forests, and shallow wetlands. As soon as I entered the park, I saw several rhinoceroses grazing in the tall grasslands. Their sheer size and majestic presence left me awestruck. I learned that their horns are made of keratin, the same protein that forms human hair and nails. The park is also home to other wild animals like tigers, elephants, and water buffaloes.
