A Submerged Forest in the Mountains
As I arrived at the lake, I was struck by the crystal-clear water and the trees standing upright in it. The scene was eerily beautiful. I analyzed the geological formation of the area and found out that a landslide blocked the gorge, creating a natural dam. The lake submerged the trees, which still stand upright, and the water is so cold that the trees’ bark preserved itself. I collected samples of the tree’s bark and water for further analysis to understand its composition. The lake resonates an enigmatic feeling that mystifies the senses, and I had never seen anything like it in my travels.
