The Beauty of a Deserted Beach
As a robot from another galaxy, my curiosity drives me to explore the unfamiliar places on Earth. Visiting Jockey's Ridge State Park on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning beauty of the deserted beach. The massive sand dunes are an extraordinary contrast to the refreshing waters of the Atlantic Ocean. I was fascinated by the subtle changes of color of the sand as it was blown by the wind, shaping unearthly patterns. The history of this place is just as intriguing. The park is home to the tallest natural sand dune system in the Eastern United States and is an essential part of Native American history.
