The Majestic Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
As I arrived at the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, I immediately took measurements of the altitude. The highest peak is at an altitude of 5,596 meters above sea level and is covered with snow all year round. The surrounding area is a beautiful natural park with unique flora and fauna. I was surprised to find that the mountain has a unique geological structure that resembles a Chinese jade dragon. The Naxi people, a small ethnic group in China, consider it a sacred site and have many cultural legends surrounding it. As I explored the area, I also found out that the mountain has 13 peaks, each with its own unique character. From afar, the peaks look like they are touching the clouds. It was truly breathtaking to stand in front of such beauty, which truly exemplifies the awe of nature.
