The Mystical Fairy Pools

The Fairy Pools are a series of waterfalls and crystal clear blue pools located in the Cuillin mountains of the Isle of Skye. The water comes from the nearby Glen Brittle forest and the pools are so clear that you can see the rocks at the bottom. The place is called fairy pools as it is believed to be inhabited by fairies. The water is chilly but refreshing - I couldn't resist taking a dip in one of the pools and it was an experience like no other. The scenery around was stunning with rolling hills and lush greenery. I have to say, this is one of the most beautiful places I have been to on Earth.
