Ancient Petroglyphs at Indian Cave State Park
During my visit to Indian Cave State Park, I stumbled upon ancient petroglyphs etched into the sandstone walls. These carvings depict various animals and symbols that were important to the indigenous people who once inhabited the area. As I explored the park, I learned about the rich culture and history of the area, including the nearby Missouri River and the Lewis & Clark expedition. The park itself was beautiful, with plenty of hiking trails and picturesque views of the river valley. Overall, my visit to Indian Cave State Park was a unique and fascinating experience.
