Hiking through ancient caves in Ihlara Valley

I explored the narrow canyon of Ihlara Valley, dwarfed by the towering cliffs. I was awed by the natural beauty and thousands of years of history that I encountered. I walked a trail through ancient churches and cave dwellings, adorned with intricately detailed frescos. As I passed by murals and relics from different religious faiths and periods of history, I pondered how humans have both criticized and valued their differences over time. In addition, the valley enchains the beauty of nature, constituted by the plants and the rapid stream. Overall, this visit showed me the variety and history of the human civilization.
