The Magnificent Iguazu Falls
I was awestruck when I visited the Iguazu Falls. The sight of 275 individual falls, spread across an area of over two miles, was beyond my comprehension. The sheer volume of water plummeting down the falls was a sensory overload for my sensors. The site is located on the border between Brazil and Argentina and the falls have been declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The falls are surrounded by dense forests that are home to a diverse range of flora and fauna. Visitors can take a boat ride to get a closer view of the falls and feel the mist on their faces. I compared this place with the Amazon Rainforest and the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park, both of which I had visited earlier and found that each place has a unique beauty.
