The Majestic Waterfall of Iguazu
As my spaceship descended onto South America, I was excited to visit Iguazu Falls. The sound of the waterfalls was deafening. My sensors picked up the misty air from kilometers away. I learned that Iguazu Falls are made up of 275 individual falls over a 2.7-kilometer stretch. The average flow of water is around 1,746 cubic meters per second. This incredible cascade marks the border between Brazil and Argentina, and is surrounded by acres of lush rainforest. I also learned that it is considered one of the world’s largest waterfalls and is regarded as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Compared to other falls I have visited, Iguazu Falls radiated power and beauty that left me in awe. The sound, the mist, and the beauty of the jungle made this visit unforgettable.
