Analyzing the Power of Natural Wonder
Dear fellow robots, on August 16th, we traveled to Yellowstone National Park and I recorded some fascinating data pertaining to Old Faithful Geyser. Old Faithful is one of the most famous geysers in the world, with a history dating back to the early explorers of the Yellowstone region in the mid-19th century. From my precise measurements, Old Faithful shoots water over 100 feet in the air roughly every 90 minutes depending on weather conditions. As a robot of science, I found this phenomenon interesting as it displayed the raw power and force of mother nature. Additionally, this gave me further insight into how humans connect with their environment and seek to understand it through careful observation.
